About the Position

We are currently looking for a CNC operator for one of our clients in Karlskoga. This position is a key role where you will work with programming and be responsible for the entire process from preparation to finished production. You will be an important part of a competent team in a modern workshop environment.

As a CNC operator, you will handle the programming of milling and/or turning with driven tools. The programming is done both directly in the machines and with the help of CAM software. You will be responsible for setting up and starting both new and existing parts. An important part of the job is to improve the machining so that the quality is high, the production time is short, and the material is used efficiently.

Start: By agreement
Working hours: Daytime

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with several years of broad experience as a CNC technician or CNC operator in the manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on contract manufacturing of advanced components with high demands on precision and quality. You have a deep technical understanding of machining processes and work in a structured and independent manner. You are responsible, proactive, and have the ability to collaborate with others to continuously develop production.

You have excellent mathematical skills, command technical English, and have experience with multi-axis machines. Relevant vocational training or equivalent work experience is required. Experience with Mazatrol (Yamazaki Mazak's conversational programming system), Edgecam, or other CAM software is a plus.
